Terms and Conditions

Tours require a minimum of 2 visitors to go ahead. If you book a tour for just one person, your booking may be PENDING until another visitor makes a reservation. We will keep you updated on the status of your tour. Although a last resort, due to circumstances out of our control and subject to availability we may require to cancel tours. We will advise you at least 72 hrs prior to your departure if this is required. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

If Panorama Garden Estate deems in its opinion that due to unforeseen circumstances which may include weather, threat of bush fires or other conditions that are deemed dangerous to peoples safety we have the right to cancel the tour and provide a full refund or offer you an alternative date to book.

Children must be under parents supervision at all times. Child pricing is for children aged between 5-14 years inclusive. Children under 5 years are FREE.

Not wheelchair or pram accessible.

Luggage is not permitted. Small on-board carry bags only.

Please ensure you wear appropriate footwear to cater for undulating, outdoor walkways.

If you have any current medical conditions could you please email them to admin@panoramagardenestate.com.au You must disclose any conditions you currently have. Failure to do so may result in our Public Liability insurance refusing your claim.

You may have provision to claim these fees with your travel insurer. We will provide details to your insurer upon your request.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend travel insurance. Although every effort is made, Panorama Scenic Tours shall not be liable for any cancellations, damages, loss or travel delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passengers have travel insurance coverage.

Itinerary:
Please note that the order of the itinerary may change subject to seasonal availability.

Conditions of Entry:

At Panorama Garden Estate Tours we try to provide landscapes that display our gardens and plants as best as we see possible. The gardens have walls, waterways, elevated walkways and garden features which can be dangerous. Children must be supervised by a responsible accompanying adult at all times whilst visiting all the gardens.

Your entry is on the express condition that you do hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, assigns and next-of-kin and each of them release, waive and discharge Panorama Garden Estate Tours, its officers, directors, agents and employees of and from all liability, claims or demands for all injuries, losses, damages of any kind or nature to your person or property or to that of any minor under your supervision whilst on the property.

No filming or photography for commercial purposes may be carried out on the property without prior written consent.

Sanctuary and Garden Tour Terms

Sanctuary & Garden Reservation Changes:
Reservation date changes are permitted but are subject to availability.

Sanctuary & Garden Cancellations:
Cancellations made outside of 72hrs will be fully refunded. Credit card fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 72hrs are non-refundable, although reservation date changes are permitted but are subject to availability.

Sanctuary & Garden Location:
Where: We do not publish the address as we are a private property. We will email you the address when you make a booking. The property is approximately 10 minutes from Rosebud.
Time: 10am Please allow 2 hours for your tour.
