“Amazing gardens need to be seen by all”

We visited this amazing garden today with friends after hearing about their location on the radio. We were absolutely blown away by the planning and thoughtful planning and design of this 55 hectare site. Not only overseas visitors but everyone who loves the garden and sea views need to see this place. The perfectly positioned seats to ponder the view throughout the journey of nearly two hours to get around the garden but you could take all day also as there is so much to see. The amazing petrified stone from Borneo and variety of sculptures are conversation pieces alone. The other amazing addition at Panorama gardens are the wildlife rescue animals that co-habit with chickens, a pig named Sylvie and donkeys, albino kangaroos and the enormous friendly Great Dane a few jack Russell dogs. Your hosts Ann-marie and nick are warm and engaging and extremely proud of their property. I will definitely be back to see the garden in spring.

“Hidden gem!”

I’m just in love with this place! I would come back just to see Sylvie the pig who thinks she is a dog! It was such a unique experience hand feeding chocolate cake to Sylvie and cuddling up to the miniature alpacas. The stroll through the garden was leisurely and the views simply breathtaking!

“A unique and magical experience”

I have had the privilege of visiting Panorama Garden Estate several times now and it would be remiss of me to not post a review (perhaps I have been wanting to keep this my best kept secret but going by previous reviews it seems the word is already, deservedly, out!) :)

Visitors are greeted by lovely host Annemaree, who will welcome you with a friendly smile, provide you with a lovely morning tea and is a modern day Dr Doolittle surrounded by their four friendly dogs and a wonderful menagerie of hand reared animals including beautiful miniature alpacas and a gorgeous pig named Sylvie (who possibly thinks she is a dog and is trained to sit and eat!) Children especially, will delight in this unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the animals without the usual crowds. Farther afield there are also peacocks, goats, horses, cows, bulls, emus, and several rare white albino kangaroos.

After a brief introduction, visitors can then set off at their own pace to explore this amazing property by simply following the provided map.
One cannot help but marvel at the sheer audacity and creativity of owner Nick to have undertaken such an endeavour – from what was once simple rolling farm paddocks, to the staggering amount of rockwork and vast array of planting that now exists throughout the many varied gardens including dams, water features, statues and surprises at every turn for young and old alike.
With the addition of a brand new Marquee this is now the perfect setting for a wedding with breathtaking views out across Port Phillip Bay.. the sunsets are spectacular!
I look forward to visiting again and seeing the continuing changes and growth that each season brings.

Panorama Garden Estate is truly a unique and magical experience.
Thank you Nick and Annemaree.

“Australian native garden adventure”

Beautiful Australian native gardens and animal farm. Up close with the animals – my kids (6,8,10) didn’t want to leave the front paddock, followed by acres of native trees and shrubs, roses, gum trees and stone work. Fabulous day out and worth a visit. Bring the camera for some great snaps. Thank you for your lovely hospitality.

“Definaley one of the Peninsula’s Best Kept Secrets”

What a spectacular find, we were absolutely blown away with the stunning views and surroundings. It really is special and you could easily spend a few hours wandering around these beautiful gardens creatively designed to make the most of the breath taking views. As you meander through you will discover interesting sculptures and tranquil resting places overlooking lakes and native and farm animals. The owners are passionate about their animals and the piece of paradise they have created and make visitors fee very welcome. My kids were able to hand feed Sylvie the pig, Ned the wallaby and pat the lamas. Great family day out!
